Joint Entrance Examination MAIN is a national level entrance examination conducted for engineering programs. JEE main is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) from 2019 onwards.

The admission to Undergraduate engineering programs at NITS, IIITS, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions are depends on the marks of plus two or equivalent examinations and the Joint Entrance Examination MAIN.

  • Joint Entrance Examination is a computer based online examination
  • Duration of the exam is 3 hours.
  • There is no age limit for applying the examination
  • The applicants should qualify the 12th/equivalent examination with an aggregate marks of 75% in science subjects include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised institution.

Eligibility of Joint Entrance Examination MAIN (JEE) MAIN

  • There is no age limit for applying the examination
  • The applicants should qualify the 12th/equivalent examination with aggregate marks of 75% in science subjects to include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised institution.
  • The candidate who is appearing for 12th class irrespective of their age can apply for JEE MAIN.
  • Each institution has its reservation seats for admission purpose.

  • JEE MAIN is conducted in two slots that include paper1 and paper 2. The examination will conducted in 2 shifts.

  • Candidate can apply the JEE MAIN by visiting jeemain.nta.nic.in 
  • Only one application can be submitted by a single candidate.
  • You have to fill your details, education qualification in the required fields
  • Candidates have to upload their passport size photograph and signature in a prescribed format mentioned in the information Bulletin of JEE MAIN.
  • Applicant should provide a valid email id and mobile number for receiving information regarding the examination.
  • Fee payment can be made through Debit/Credit card/NET banking/UPI/PayTM
  • No corrections will be accepted after applying.
