Academic background for Animation

The applicants who want to build a career in the animation field should pass the 10+2 examination with at least 45% mark. After that, they should have a bachelor’s degree in Animation or Bachelor in Fine Arts or a Diploma course in Animation.

The bachelor programs in Animation is a 3-year program. But the Bachelor degree animation is not prevalent in Indian institutions.

Flash Animators: Flash Animators create animation for games, advertising, websites, videos etc.

3D Modeller: here, the 3D Modellers will create the 3D characters by designing the skins and surfaces of the characters that suit with concepts of the art.

Forensic Animators: A forensic animator re-creates the crime scenes by using techniques like photo lighting, matching and rendering.
