Ministry of Defense invited applications for Group C posts. The recruitment is mainly invited by the Directorate General of Armed Forces Medical Services, DGAFMS. The posts created under group C are Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Cinema Projectionist Gr-II, Storekeeper, Fireman, Cook, Washerman, Tradesman Mate, X Rat Technician, Lower Division Clerk, Canteen Bearer, Stenographer Gr-II, and Civilian MTS. Altogether there will be 89 vacancies among these posts.
The pay scale for each post is different. Matriculation is the basic qualification to apply for these posts. Additional eligibility criteria are laid for various positions including work experience, physical measurements, Technical Knowledge etc. The candidates whose ages are between 18 to 25 years can apply for the Group C vacancies. The updates regarding age relaxations are given in the official notification.
The selection procedure for these positions includes Written Examinations and Typing tests. The written test will be conducted for 2 hours. The question will be in the form of multiple-choice questions. The applicants have to fill the prescribed application in the mentioned format and submit it to the Concerned unit or Depot. As per the official notification, the last date for receipt of the application form is August 9, 2021.
