Eligibility of Manipal Entrance Test
- Candidates who are passed 10+2 examination in science subjects with an aggregate mark of 50% can apply for MET.
- There is no age limit for applying MET.
- For post-graduation programs, the candidates have to secure 50% mark in the undergraduate program.
Exam Pattern of Manipal Entrance Test
- MET is a 2 ½ hours online examination.
- All are objective type questions.
- The entire MET is divided into four sections.
- The medium of the questions is in English.
- The total numbers of questions are 200.
- There is a negative mark for each wrong answer. That is, 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Each correct answer carries four marks.

How to apply for MET?
The application for MET can apply online and offline. There are seven steps for applying Manipal Entrance Test. They are:

Step 6- Uploading Documents
Step 7- Submission of Application Form
- At first, the candidates have to register for the application by entering the name, email id and mobile number.
- Applicants have to create a password and use this password and email id for the login purpose.
- After registration, candidates can fill the application by entering the name, date of birth, gender, Nationality, Parent’s name, Communication address and education qualifications.
- Applicants have to upload the scanned image of passport size photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
- Candidates have to select the course which they are supposed to join and the examination centre.
- After filling the whole details, applicants can recheck the details and can modify the application form.
- Application and entrance test fees are applicable for MET.
- Fees can be paid either online by using Debit/Credit card/Net Banking or offline through DD in favour of Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
- Applicants who are applying offline have to take the printout of the application form and have to fill the whole details.
- After making the payment using DD, candidates have to send the filled application form along with the DD to Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka.
