The central board of Secondary Education has issued their notice by permitting the state for determining the validity of both the TET and CTET certificates while they make the fresh appointments. CBSE again stated that they will not issue a new eligibility certificate nor revised mark statement. It has already said that the validity of the CTET will be lifelong then later to the TET certificate as well. The same would apply to the state and the candidates who have secured these certificates after the exams in 2011. At this point, the CBSE has announced through their notice that the respective state can decide the validity of these certificates.
