Bachelor of Science in Food Technology is an undergraduate program in food Technology that involves the study of processing, preserving and manufacturing of food articles. This program includes the combination of hotel management, home science and engineering.

Type of the Course.

B. Sc. Food Science is a full-time undergraduate program that deals with the study food articles, its processing, manufacturing, preservation etc.

Duration of the Course

Duration of the course is 3-years. The entire syllabus of the program divides into six semesters.

Eligibility of the Course

  • The students should qualify the 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks in science stream from any recognised institutions.
  • Some institutions conduct their entrance examination and personal interview sections for the admission purpose.
